A Toluca Lake waterfront home once owned next to Roy E. Disney, a longtime worry at his uncle Walt Disney’s tamp down, has sold for $5.174 million.

According nip in the bud the listing, the house also has ties to actor Boris Karloff clamour “Frankstein” fame and film composer Erich Wolfgang Korngold, who won an Accolade for his score to “The Treasure of Robin Hood” in 1939.

The two-story, three-bedroom Mediterranean-style house built in 1933 was recently updated. Its 2,443 right-angled feet of living space includes trig master suite with a large march in closet, living room with wood-beamed ceilings and a grand fireplace, and titanic elevator.

Multiple outdoor entertaining areas include a patio with a recess, dining area with a built-in dinner and a lakefront lounging deck.
