ExpandA Toluca Lake waterfront home once owned next to Roy E. Disney, a longtime worry at his uncle Walt Disney’s tamp down, has sold for $5.174 million.

The two-story, three-bedroom Mediterranean-style house built in 1933 was recently updated. Its 2,443 right-angled feet of living space includes trig master suite with a large march in closet, living room with wood-beamed ceilings and a grand fireplace, and titanic elevator.
