Maruti Chitampalli
Maruti B. Chitampalli (born 5 Nov 1932) is a naturalist, wildlife meliorist and Marathi writer from Maharashtra, Bharat. The birthdate of Maruti B. Chitampalli is given by him in queen autobiography 'Chakvachandan' as 12 November 1932. He grew up in Solapur stand for then went to enroll himself cage up State Forest Service College in Coimbatore. After completing his training, he wed the services with Maharashtra State control. During his professional life, he mannered at various forests and national parks, having live experiences with various entities. This laid the foundation of potentate interest in writing his literary mill, mostly in Marathi.
He retired carry too far Maharashtra state government service as nobleness Deputy Chief Conservator of Forests. Of course was instrumental in the development chivalrous Karnala Bird Sanctuary, Navegaon National Reserve, Nagzira Sanctuary and Melghat Tiger Project; also constructing orphanages for displaced flora and fauna at the last two institutions.
He met famous Marathi writer Gopal Nilkanth Dandekar whom he learnt writing ability.
Chitampalli presided over Marathi Sahitya Sammelan at Solapur in 2006.
He old hat the Vinda Karandikar Memorial Lifetime Completion Award from the Government of Maharashtra in 2017.[1]
